We recommend (3-5) applications for consistent growth throughout the growing season.
1st Application (April – May) – Complete fertilizer + Pre-emergent crabgrass control + Grub control
2nd Application (May – July) – Balanced fertilizer + broadleaf weed control
3rd Application (July – Aug) – Balanced fertilizer + spot spray for weeds
4th Application (Aug – Oct) – Complete fertilizer + broadleaf weed control
5th Application (Oct – Nov) – Balanced winterizing fertilizer

(Over-seeding), (Aeration) & (C20 Aeration substitute)
(Over-seeding) We will be offering over-seeding in the spring and fall. If you would like this service, we can spread the cost over your season program. This will cost $200 for every 5,000 square feet for either spring or fall and $400 for spring and fall. If you are interested in either one or both, please email us at
DIVERSIFIEDSPRAYING@GMAIL.COM with your name and address, as well as whether you would like it for spring, fall, or both. Then we will add this to a new contract quote for you to approve.
(Aeration) We will be offering aeration, but we will only be doing this in the fall. Customers will be responsible for marking their sprinkler heads before we arrive. We will not be liable for damaged sprinkler systems or any underground wiring and plumbing. This service will cost $250 an hour with a minimum cost of $150.
(C20 Aeration substitute) This is a substitution for aeration for hard-to-access areas. We recommend adding this with over-seeding. If you are unsure of your underground plumbing and don't want dirt plugs scattered all over your yard, then this will be a great alternative to keeping your turf healthy. This is $100 for every 5,000 square feet per application. 2 applications max recommended. (Spring) and (Fall).
